EMS Week

We believe we must acknowledge superior performance. To that end, the company’s recognition programs are invoked retrospectively as a result of individuals and/or field team successes.

  • EMS Week Activities—Each year, during EMS Week, Medic honors employees at a company-sponsored event.
  • Holiday Meals—Medic treats employees who work on Thanksgiving or Christmas to a food gift certificate.
  • Birthday Cards—Medic sends birthday cards to all employees.
  • Company Newsletter—Medic receives numerous letters from the community, medical facility personnel, and patients and patients’ families recognizing our employees. Customer and community letters are reproduced in the company’s newsletter to allow all employees to share in the recognition. Medic also places thMedic Ambulance 2009 Stars of Life

  • Gift Certificates— When managers and supervisors observe exemplary work performance firsthand they have been empowered to recognize the good work spontaneously with gift certificates from local restaurants and coffee shops.
