At Medic Ambulance we believe that patients, customers, and community partners are
best served by a transparent company with clearly defined policies and procedures. These policies and procedures must be easily understood, logical, and easy to implement.
That is why our Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement program extends to every aspect of our operations from fleet maintenance, to employee training, to response time analysis, and everything in between. Medic Ambulance continually maintains smooth and effective operations through a comprehensive quality improvement program that has successfully met all requirements for national accreditation through the Commission for the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS).
Our management personnel work together as a team to continually review, analyze, and improve all aspects of the company’s operation to better serve our community.
